It is our priority to achieve 100% customer satisfaction from the products and service we provide. We must apologize if we fail to do so, and we will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date (weekends and holidays included) with the following details:

  1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send your purchase back for a full refund for the price paid for the merchandise.
  2. In cases of damaged/defective items resulting from the manufacture and/or transportation, or we make an error with your order, you may choose to get a refund or product exchange if stock is available.


Remark: The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it and is in the original and undamaged packaging with all warranties, instructions, etc intact.
